Camping, hiking, gardening, sporting - So much to do outside!

My blog about spending time outside

Taking the outdoors insde with planter pots

Something I can't live without in my house are plats. I need the green to feel at home and they also keep the air fresh and healthy indoors. I just discovered these stylish planter pots from Garden Glory, a Swedish company with a mission to make gardening better looking. My favorites are the lion heads, I'm definitly buying a pair to spice up my home.

Hiking spots I wish to visit someday

United Kingdom - Pennine Way - Stretching 268 miles from the Derbyshire Peak District all the way to the Scottish border, this hiking trail is one of the United Kingdoms most popular long distance paths.

Japan - The Basho Wayfarer - There are numerous trails in Japan and a lot of them are quite old (ancient even). It's about a six-day trek from Sendai to the finish at the temple of Yamadera. Along the way you'll be passing trough Hiraizumi which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Bhutan - Tergo La Trek - This hiking spot is something for the person who likes heights. The path goes up to 4123 meters above sea level. The Tergo La Trek hiking path can be found in the Haa Valley.

My garden is my favorite place at home

Outside doesn't mean that home is a bad place to spend time. I'm one of the lucky people who has a garden, a place where I spend a lot of my time. During the spring and summer I usually start my mornings in the garden with a cup of coffee, for me it's the absolute best way to start my day. I usually spend a lot of time tending to my garden as well, when I'm at home garderning is one of my favorite ways to spend my time.
