FAMILY YOGA FOR AGES 1-5

Let the whole gang get in on the fun! In this workshop, your family will explore the basics of yoga through playful poses and sequences, singing, dancing, and creative movement. Suitable for ages 1-5 with their parents and/or caregivers.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Athletes benefit from stretching but how many athletes stretch enough or do the correct stretches to improve their performance? This class focuses on helping people that undergo the stresses of an active lifestyle to become more flexible and strong. You also don’t need to be an athlete to come to this class! These stretches are beneficial for everyone!

108 Sun Salutations

Be part of a community all moving together! Whether you repeat 108 mantras, move through 108 Sun Salutations or join us for a contemplative practice of breath & mindfulness this event will invigorate the mind, body and spirit! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate at their level of comfort for all or part of the event.

Sun salutations open and energize the entire body and the number 108 has spiritual significance across many different cultures.

Rooted Aromatherapy Yoga

Join Backcountry Yoga for an accessible and lighthearted outdoor vinyasa flow designed to connect mind and body to nature. We'll first honor the sky and welcome the month's new moon with a flow of sun and moon salutations. Strong standing poses and rooted seated postures will ground you to the earth. You'll leave class with your own handmade natural aromatherapy sachet so you can still experience the forest even after you head back indoors. Come connect your body and senses to Mother Nature - all levels are welcome!

YOGA WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Live more, stress less. Flow through this all-levels Vinyasa class with the aid of Doterra Essential Oils to help deepen your practice and keep you grounded. Experience how oils work at a cellular level to help you relax and ground yourself on and off the mat. Soothe the senses and reinvigorate the body with the aid of yoga and essential oils.

PRIMAL FLOW: MIXED MOVEMENT FUSION

Mixed movement fusion unites yoga, martial arts and calisthenics to create a practice that connects us with our fluid, primal movements. This class is a great way to celebrate connecting with the outdoors as participants learn how to build sequences inspired by their favorite outdoor elements: Earth, Water, Wind, Fire. Land on your mat with curiosity and see how the breath connects you to your primal instincts.

TOUCHING THE EARTH: SLOW FLOW & MEDITATION

A gentle yoga practice and guided mediation to unwind from your day, connect with yourself, and connect with the Earth. Meditation inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh's "Love Letters to Mother Earth". This is a gentle practice that is suitable for people of all ages and ability levels.
